Express Flight Delivery
Alpha 3D chose DHL Express as a partner for the delivery of the parts coming from
China

We do 2 travels per week between
France

China
.
This means of dispatch is rather reserved to the delivery of sample parts and parts during regulating of moulds.
Tracing of the packets
Thanks to the tracking DHL, you have the possibility to follow your packet directly with Internet. This option is really interesting for the parts of which we have to know exactly the reception date.
Transparency of the prices
Our customers calculate by their own the price for the packet DHL Express on the Web site www.dhl.com
The transport costs are invoiced according to the DHL invoices.
Terms of delivery
We guarantee a delivery time of our packet in 4 days. The quantity of the products we dispatch with DHL China allows us to have special conditions.
E.g.: Picking up of a packet in our Chinese company in Yuyao during the weekend, delivery in
France
the following Wednesday (3 days).

for the delivery of the bulky packets. We have many deliveries between

. This mean of dispatch is rather reserved for the bulky packets and for the moulds.
The traceability of the packets is not possible.
Competitive prices
The prices we manage to have allow our customer to bring back their moulds by plane. We calculate directly in the quotation the cost of sending back the moulds.
Sea delivery
Alpha 3D chose a Franco-Chinese partner for the sea freight. This means of dispatch is rather reserved for the bulky packets and for the moulds.
Coming back of the moulds by container: this allows a grouping more quickly.
The approximate dead-line between

is about 21 to 23 days on the sea and then we must add between 5 and 10 days for the customs formalities.
