Ultra Low Cost Mould (ULC)
The ULC moulds are for the production of the prototype parts or the little series.
They are made with standard Chinese pieces (frame, column, socket, ejector, etc.). The advantage of this conception is to offer tools with low prices.
The ULC moulds are managed exactly in the same way as the LC moulds. The process of making with Alpha 3D Project is the same; the only change is with the configuration of the mould.
The quality of the parts made by the ULC moulds is the same as for the LC moulds. The moulds are made in steel. The quality of the steel depends on the quantity of the parts to produce.
The ULC moulds can make more pieces than the aluminium moulds. We guarantee the use of ULC moulds during all the product life.

guarantees our customer a real confidentiality on their products.
The ULC tools are not for export. They are registered with the Chinese administration to be used only for a production in

Low Cost Mould (LC)
The LC moulds are tools in series for export.
Alpha 3D developed a real know-how in the realisation and fine-tuning of the moulds in series for export. We are able to make and adjust high technology moulds from
100 kg
to 10T.
With more than 350 moulds per year, Alpha 3D is today the leader on the market of Low Cost moulds in
France
.
Our LC tools are realized from the requirements of the customer following the specifications tools Alpha 3D. We made a standard mould which corresponds to the majority of the customer requirements.
Alpha 3D has its own test centre in
China
to test and adjust the LC moulds. Contrary to its competitors, Alpha 3D chose the global integration in
China
. Our test centre is equipped with a new injection press with a closing strength from 80T. to 1.000T. All the presses are configured following the European standards.
This way of production enables us to guarantee to our customer a secured fine-tuning. After each test, our tools are totally taken down and controlled.
In case of a non-conformity, the injection moulder comes directly to our Chinese factory or does the adjustment in his work-shop. All our injection moulders are located in a radius of
10 Km
.
