Alpha 3D Group signed specific agreements with several French injection moulders. Like real partners, they are in charge of receiving the tools coming from
China

We have the possibility to do some modifications, fine tunings and maintenance on the tools.
The after-sales service for the moulds is a special service of Alpha 3D. Each partner in charge of the after-sales service of your tool engages himself to intervene in accordance with the quality charter of Alpha 3D.
The maintenance costs and/or modifications are directly managed with the after-sales service centre which is the nearest of your production site.
This approach is in accordance with the policy of Alpha 3D: offer the best service to the best price.

The after-sales service for the injection machines BORCH is based near
Lyon
. This centre is lead by a team of multidisciplinary technicians (hydraulic, electronic, mechanic, etc.).
The after-sales service is available 6 days a week.
The after-sales service plays a part in the reception of the machines in
France
, the unloading of the container with a possibility of craning, the setting up and the start of the machine.
The training on the regulator KEBA is assured by the technicians BORCH.
